It starts with a comprehensive clinical workup
When starting a 24Care membership, adult members complete an Annual Health Assessment through Signature Health. This gives your 24Care Clinical Team a baseline for managing your healthcare throughout the year. Signature Health and 24Care are separate services, billed separately.
